• Payments for completed work are non-refundable

• Refunds may be considered only if services have not yet begun

 

2.⁠ ⁠Eligibility Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase and before work has started.

 

3.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Items

 

• Services already delivered

• Strategy sessions already completed

• Monthly retainers after work has commenced
